PLM is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to be responsible for order review, order processing, order confirmation, generate returns, answer questions, customer service related responsibillites.

Qualifications:

• Current/Preivous Expereince with e-commerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento.)
• Previous Expereince with customer service related fields.
• Comfortable with making 100+ voice calls, emails, text daily to customers.

Responsibilites:

• Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment. Be 100% commited.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
• Comfortable with making 100+ voice calls, emails, text daily to customers to confirm orders.
• Process returns, exchanges according to company policies
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Additional Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree+ preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Proficient in using e-commerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
